At Mini Tekkers, our heartfelt initiative was born from a deep desire to make a difference in the lives of young footballers who often feel forgotten and overlooked.

Our story began when we were approached by a local football club, seeking help with their holiday camps and ittle did we know that this would be the catalyst for a remarkable journey. 

As word spread, parents started reaching out, sharing their concerns about their children's skills, technique, and, most importantly, their confidence.

We quickly realized that many talented players were being held back by self-doubt and anxiety when it came to performing in group settings which struck a chord on a personal level as our own head coach has three children on the autism spectrum, who have faced similar challenges. 

So it became our mission to create a safehaven where these exceptional individuals could thrive, grow, and develop the skills needed to participate confidently alongside their peers without any form of judgement.

Led by an FA Level 2 qualified coach with a decade of experience working with children aged 5-15, Mini Tekkers is more than just a coaching program. 

It's a place where young players find their voice, gain self-belief, and discover the joy of football. 

Our head coach has not only run a successful football team for the past eight years but has also provided personalized one-on-one coaching to children of all abilities, including those with low self-esteem, struggling with confidence, and kids on the autism spectrum.
